They discuss the origins of the project at UNC Charlotte as well as how their interests aligned. They discuss what went into the average interview and some of the challenges that arose before, during and after the interview process. They also describe what they feel is the purpose of this collection and this kind of work, as well as its legacy and their hopes for the future.
