Description

Robena Morgan of Charlotte, North Carolina, recalls one of Billy Graham\u2019s crusades that she and her father attended at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, California. Ms. Morgan explains that her father was an acquaintance of Billy Graham's and that her father was on the platform at the San Francisco crusade. Ms. Morgan does not recall well the evening sessions that she and her father attended but she does remember that it was a great experience.

Biographical/Historical Note
Robena Morgan was a 90-year-old woman at the time of interview, which took place in her home in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia in 1906. She attended Central High School in Charlotte and Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia and was employed as a proofreader with the Charlotte News and Charlotte Observer.
