She also talks about co-founding the Black History Club on campus [12:36], collaboration with the Black Student Union [19:13], her participation in Coalition of 100 Black Women [21:29], her experience as an African-American student [23:19], police shootings in Charlotte [23:36], and gives her advice as an alumna to the next generation of students [39:23].
