Rose Brown was a 26 year old woman at the time of interview, which took place over Zoom in Charlotte, North Carolina and Gastonia, North Carolina. She was born in Shelby, North Carolina. She was educated at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She was a Ph.D student and adjunct Business and Nonprofit professor.
