Johnny C. Taylor Jr. recounts his education and his career as a corporate lawyer. He speaks about discrimination in corporate America he has faced as an African American, and how he has handled it. He also discusses his volunteer work giving back to the community and helping African American youth while on the board of the National Conference for Community and Justice. He concludes by giving advice to black entrepreneurs on how to succeed.
