Moore, and the North Carolina Board of Education regarding the North Carolina anti-busing statute. The official court documents include Judge James B. McMillan's major rulings throughout the proceedings. McMillan's "Memorandum of decision and order" dated 1970 August 3, is annotated by Horack.
