Shena’ Thornton was a 58 year old woman at the time of interview, which took place virtually in Charlotte, North Carolina and Cary, North Carolina. She was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut in 1963. She was educated at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and was employed as an operations manager for insurance and financial services.
