Charlita Davis (also known as Charlita Joseph) was a 50-year-old woman at the time of interview, which took place in her home in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was born in Oxford, North Carolina in 1970. She was educated at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she earned a B.S. in Economics in 1993. She was employed as a senior case manager for Gallagher Bassett, an insurance company for a large hospitality company.

Charlita Davis shares her experience as a student at the University of Charlotte from 1989 to 1993.
