Zack Wyatt is the executive director at Carolina Farm Trust, a non-profit organization founded in 2015 which seeks to support local farmers and to educate communities on the importance of local food. Mr. Wyatt provides insight into the challenges of local farming and shares his belief in the need for strong local food sources.
