This group of collections offers a view of events and personalities associated with the 2002 Daytona 500, which took place at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida, on February 17, 2002. Two of the collections document preliminary qualifying races for the Daytona 500, while another depicts stock car drivers and other motorsports personalities in the Daytona International Speedway garage in the days leading up to the Daytona 500. Ward Burton ultimately won the 2002 Daytona 500.
